MADE IN CANADA FESTIVAL – VIP GIVEAWAY RULES & REGULATIONS
1. SPONSOR
The “VIP Giveaway” contest (the “Contest”) is administered by the Made in Canada Festival (“Sponsor”), based in Toronto, Ontario.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on [insert start date/time] and ends on [insert end date/time] (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, participants must:

Tag three (3) friends in the comments
BONUS: Share the post to your story (Instagram) or timeline (Facebook) for an extra entry
Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. Use of multiple accounts or automated systems will result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of:
Four (4) multi-day VIP passes to the Made in Canada Festival (August 22–24, 2025)
Four (4) $100 vouchers for use at participating festival vendors
Approximate total retail value: $480 CAD
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on [insert draw date]. The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @madeincafest account only.
The selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook, nor is it associated with them in any way. By entering, you agree to release Instagram and Facebook from all liability related to this Contest.
8. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures; or other errors that may occur during entry or administration. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest at any time for any reason.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
